POLICIES

1. ALL GROUPONS ARE FOR NEW CLIENTS ONLY AS STATED ON THE GROUPON WEBSITE.  
2. IF YOU WERE A PRIOR HAIR CLIENT AT ANY DAHL SALON LOCATION, YOUR GROUPON WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE LESS THE AMOUNT YOU PAID GROUPON.
3. DAHL SALON IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH GROUPON AND NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REFUNDS FOR GROUPON PURCHASES.  
4. GROUPON CUSTOMERS MUST CALL OR EMAIL FOR APPOINTMENT REQUEST. GROUPONS ARE NOT ELIAGABLE FOR ONLINE BOOKING.
5. IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED YOUR GROUPON YET, NEW CLIENTS WILL RECEIVE THE GROUPON DISCOUNT PLUS AN ADITIONAL 5% BY CALLING OR EMAILING THE SALON DIRECTLY AS LONG AS YOU ARE ELIGABLE. 
6. YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY A $25 DEPOSIT TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION PLUS ANY PRODUCT COST.  SEE BELOW FOR CANCELATION AND DEPSOTI INFORMATION

• New Clients and some Services will require deposits to hold your appointment time.
• Your deposit will be applied towards your balance due.
• Additional to appointment deposits you may be  required to pay service products cost prior to your service.  
• Product payments are not eligible for any refunds since products can not be returned  but will be applied to future rebooking up to 90 days for the same service. After 90 days you will need to repurchase new products. 
• If you do not cancel your appointment by email 24 hours prior to your start time, you no-show, or your are 15 minutes late from your start time, you will not receive a refund of your deposit. 

        My policies are in place to help prevent no-calls, no-shows.  

Please understand, You are taking an appointment that another client would have taken, I loose business and i can't adjust other appointments to accommodate late-shows just like any business that runs on a schedule.   Respect Goes Both Ways.
